Nominations for the posts of officers and members of the committee or to submit matters arising should be sent in writing to the Secretary, the Gibson Library Society, 2 King Street, Saffron Walden, CB10 1ES, or by email to society@gibsonlibrary.org.uk to arrive no later than Friday 8th May 2026.
The AGM will be followed by a short interval and a talk starting at approximately 8.30 pm by sculptor Ian Wolter on "Saffron Walden 1647 - a new memorial", about a proposal to situate a major new sculpture in St. Mary's churchyard.
