Where we are

The Gibson Library occupies its own building at 2 King Street, Saffron Walden. Entry is via the Saffron Walden Public Library entrance on Market Place.

The Reading Room is upstairs and is well-signposted. Visitors can use either the main stairs or the lift to reach the first floor.

The nearest public car parks are at the Common or Fairycroft Road, each about a 5 minute walk from the Library. There are spaces for Blue Badge holders on Market Place as well as additional parking spaces available on non-Market days.

The nearest rail station for Saffron Walden is Audley End, with a regular bus service into the town.
