Gibson Library Book of the Month: ‘The History of Morris Dancing 1458-1750’ by John Forrest.

With the Thaxted Festival still in full swing until the middle of July, we thought it fitting to use one of our new books for our book of the month.
Morris dancing is an important part of the history and culture of Thaxted Village, and this book is great for learning more about the tradition that can be experienced throughout the country.
