May Book of the Month

Our book of the month is: Conchophilia: Shells, Art, and Curiosity in Early Modern Europe

This is one of the newer books within our collection, released in 2021 and is a series of essays by several authors about the cultural and artistic significance of shells in Europe. It’s a fascinating book for anyone interested in shells.
